It is produced by blending red grape varieties such as Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Nacional, and Mourisco, aiming to extract minimal color to achieve its distinctive pink hue. The wine undergoes fermentation at low temperatures to preserve its fresh and fruity aromas. On the palate, it offers a fresh profile with good acidity and notes of cherry and grapefruit.
