Pássaros Loureiro 2021 is a Portuguese white wine produced in the Lima sub-region, the birthplace of the Loureiro grape. The vineyards are located on south-facing slopes along the Lima River, benefiting from the cool influence of the Atlantic Ocean. The wine presents intense aromas of citrus fruits and floral notes, with mineral hints reflecting the region's granitic terroir. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and vibrant, with marked acidity and a persistent finish. It pairs excellently with seafood, shellfish, and salads.
