The juice undergoes a slow, five-day fermentation at controlled low temperatures and is double-distilled in small batches using French pot stills. It’s then blended with a touch of aged rum and matured for one year in vintage French oak barrels, giving it a distinct golden-brown color and a smooth, complex flavor.
